Mr. Mark Zuckerberg founded Facebook, Inc. in 2004 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since July 2004 and Chairman since January 2012. Mr. Zuckerberg is responsible for setting the overall direction and product strategy of Facebook. He leads the design of Facebook's service and development of its core technology and infrastructure. Mr. Zuckerberg is also a Co-Founder of Breakthrough Energy Coalition, which he co-founded in November 2015. He has been an Independent Director of Facebook, Inc. since July 2004. He attended Harvard University.

Mr. Kevin J. Martin, J.D., has been Vice President of Mobile and Global Access Policy at Facebook, Inc. since May 2015. Mr. Martin serves as Managing Partner of Carmichael Partners. He co-founded the Carmichael Partners. He has deep experience in the telecommunications, economics, governmental and legal arenas. He has nearly two decades experience as a Lawyer and Policy Maker in the telecommunications field. He served as an Associate at Wiley, Rein & Fielding. He served as a Partner and Co-Chair of Technology & Communications Practice of Patton Boggs LLP (Squire Patton Boggs) from 2009 to 2015. Before joining the FCC as a Commissioner in 2001, he served as a Special Assistant to the President for economic policy, a Staff Member on the National Economic Council and Deputy General Counsel on the Bush/Cheney 2000 campaign in Austin. He served on the Bush-Cheney transition team and served as a Deputy General Counsel for the Bush campaign. He served as an Advisor to Federal Communications Commission Commissioner, advising on telecommunications and broadband issues. Previously, he was a Judicial Clerk for U.S. District Court Judge. He served as the Chairman at Federal Communications Commission (FCC) from March 2005 to January 2009. He joined Federal Communications Commission in 2001. At FCC, he reviewed, approved and conditioned a number of transactions that transformed the media and communications industries. He served as the official U.S. Government Representative to the G-8's Digital Opportunity Task Force, addressed numerous international conferences as a Global Leader on media, communications and technology policy, represented the U.S. in dozens of bilateral negotiations and served on the boards of several private companies in Carmichael's targeted sectors. He has been a Director at UbeeAirWalk, Inc. since January 2011, Electronic Recyclers International, Inc. since August 20, 2013 and Corning Incorporated since February 5, 2013. He served as a Director of Xtera Communications, Inc. from September 2009 to March 10, 2016. He served as a Director of TDF Ventures. He is a Member of the Florida Bar, District of Columbia Bar and the Federal Communications Bar Association. Mr. Martin holds a B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Student Body President, a Masters in Public Policy from Duke University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Mr. Stan Chudnovsky serves as the Head of Product for Messaging at Facebook, Inc. Mr. Chudnovsky serves as an Internet Advisor of RepairPal Inc. He co-founded NFX Guild in 2015 and serves as its Partner. He is a Co-Founder of Iron Pearl. He co-founded IronPearl. He served as Vice President of Growth, Global Strategy & Special Operations at PayPal, Inc. He co-founded WonderHill, Inc. and served as its Chief Technology Officer. He served as General Manager of Tickle Inc. He was with Tickle Inc. for almost 6 years, starting here as Vice President of Engineering & building. He served as Vice President of Growth at PayPal, Inc. He served as Vice President of Engineering at a couple of Silicon Valley startups. He served as an Advisor of Kabam, Inc. He was involved in the establishment of Tickle Inc., one of the first social media companies and grew it to become one of the largest websites in the world by 2003. He has a strong background as an entrepreneur, having co-founded several other successful internet companies including Jiff, NFX, Ooga Labs and Wonderhill. He has served on a number of corporate boards, including Goodreads and Zinch. He has been a Member of the Supervisory Board at VEON Ltd. since August 2016. He serves as a Director of PlacePop, Inc. He serves as a Member of Board of Advisors at Affinity Labs, Inc. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at IDG Ventures SF. He served as a Director of Redbubble Limited until December 11, 2013. He received his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Applied Mathematics from Moscow University. Originally from Moscow, Mr. Chudnovsky earned engineering degrees in Russia.

Mr. Terry Kane serves as the Head of Travel, Auto, Telco and Financial Services for the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan at Facebook, Inc. since May 2014. Mr. Kane has more than 15 years' experience in technology, strategy and marketing in large national and international organizations. He has worked across multiple travel verticals and in his most recent post as Head of Digital Strategy for the Dubai-based international luxury hotel company, Jumeirah Group. He served as Director of Digital Strategy at Jumeirah International LLC. He has developed a recognized expertise in Digital and Distribution disciplines, including brand and strategic marketing, digital communications and software development to name a few. A regular speaker at international events and conferences, Mr. Kane has also conducted research for The World Economic Forum on technology's impact on the travel industry in developing economies.

Mr. Umang Bedi has been Managing Director of India at Facebook, Inc. since July 2016. Mr. Bedi has two decades of leadership experience covering sales, marketing and partnerships where he successfully built teams and grew businesses for multinational companies. He served as Managing Director of Sales and Marketing for South Asia at Adobe Systems Incorporated from May 2011 to June 24, 2016. Mr. Bedi lead Adobe's sales and marketing operations for India and SAARC. Mr. Bedi was responsible for driving strong growth for Adobe in key verticals including education, government, enterprise and the booming Indian creative industry. Prior to joining Adobe, he served Intuit India as its managing director. Mr. Bedi has rich experience of managing leadership roles at organizations like Symantec, Sun Microsystems and Wipro. He is the recipient of the prestigious '40 Under Forty: India's Hottest Business Leaders Award 2014' given by The Economic Times and Spencer Stuart in 2014. He is an engineering graduate from University of Pune and an alumni of Harvard Business School.

Ms. Kitty Lun has been Greater China Head of Creative Shop at Facebook, Inc. since January 01, 2016. Ms. Lun served as Chairman and Chief Executive of Lowe China at Lowe & Partners Worldwide Limited since September 2006. Ms. Lun served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mullen Lowe Group Limited until December 29, 2015. She has worked for Arnold since 2001 and was served as an Agency's Director of brand architecture for Asia-Pacific. She also serves as Director of Lowe China at Lowe & Partners Worldwide Limited.

Mr. Alex Stamos has been Chief Security Officer at Facebook, Inc. since June 2015. Mr. Stamos served as Chief Information Security Officer at Yahoo! Inc. (Now known as Altaba Inc.) since March 2014 until June 29, 2015. He founded TrustyCon. He served as Technology Chief at Artemis Internet.

Mr. Erin Egan serves as Chief Privacy Officer at Facebook, Inc. and has been its Vice President of U.S. Public Policy since May 2015. Mr. Egan served as Director of Privacy at Facebook, Inc. Mr. Egan worked as Partner and Co-Chairman of Covington & Burling's global privacy and data security practice. He serves as Member of Advisory Board at The Future of Privacy Forum.

Ms. Rebecca van Dyck, also known as Becca, has been Chief Marketing Officer at Oculus VR, LLC since August 2017 and served as its vice president of consumer marketing. Ms. van Dyck has been the Head of Global Marketing at Facebook, Inc. since February 07, 2012. Ms. van Dyck served as Global Chief Marketing Officer of Levi's(R) Brand at Levi Strauss & Co. since March 2, 2011, where she oversaw Levi's global Go Forth campaign. She was responsible for the development and implementation of fully integrated marketing strategies across all of the Levi's(R) brand's product categories and consumer communication channels. She had spent just 10 months at Levi's. Ms. van Dyck joined Levi Strauss & Co. from Apple Inc. where she led the worldwide marketing and communications strategies for some of the world's most well-known and admired product launches, including introducing the iPhone, iPad and iPod + iTunes. She has 20 years of marketing and advertising experience to the Levi's(R) brand. She served as Senior Director of Worldwide Marketing and Communications at Apple Inc. Ms. van Dyck was a Primary Architect of Nike's Just Do It campaign. During her tenure as Nike's Global Account Director at Wieden + Kennedy, Inc, she managed the Nike account across three continents and led Nike's Global World Cup and Olympic Campaigns. Ms. van Dyck has also held a series of international appointments including founding Wieden + Kennedy's Melbourne office. She serves as a Director of Population Services International, Inc. She has been a Director of The New York Times Company since May 6, 2015.
