Michelin started out as a great place to work but every year the i surance gets crappier and more expensive. There use to be great perks that they have taken away over time. I cant support a family with this job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I dont have an issue with the leadeeship team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to feel valued for the extremely hard work we perform.
What makes you most happy at work?
Surviving a 12 hour shift in the extreme heat with little to no AC.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A man should be able to support a family without needing his wife to work too. We don't have a lot of bills, one car payment and yet we cant make it on my paycheck.
