Good benefits, not enough pay for the stress they put on you. They preach they are family oriented but that's only until they get you in and then it's worth you like a dog.
What makes you most happy at work?
Not interacting with salary and management.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity to the point that they won't fire someone even if they did a terrible job for years, like a decade years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Don't care for the local leadership team. They hide too much stuff and treat people like they are animals. They don't do enough to make the working environment better for employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I'm in now is a great bunch of people to deal with. We all work together good. The problem is getting pulled back to my old shop every chance to fix things that someone else should could have fixed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People thatc are doing a good job get rewarded by being given another job or someone else's work because there's no accountability here. It's like having a union without a union. To many people can get away with not doing their job.
