I am glad to have started working here at Micro Center. This is a job that really enriched the qualities I brought to the role, as well as qualities I hold in everyday life. I feel I've become a happier person overall, and I enjoy helping people whenever I can. And of course I love computers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm very excited to enroll in the VSP vision care package, as I hear it is one of the best available for what it offers. I definitely need new glasses.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone here has been extremely friendly and informative, from day one. The culture at our store is great, everyone has eachother's backs, especially within our departments. It's good to be part of a team who cares for eachother even outside of a work environment. I've made some new friends.
What makes you most happy at work?
Dull days are few and far between. Even on slow days, there is always an area to improve or a goal to work towards, that has a meaningful and visible impacts that are noticed by team members and management alike, who also bring meaningful interactions to pass quiet days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In the year I've spent with Micro Center thus far, I have had no issue with managment. Every goal laid out is clear, fair, and always open to the input of the associates. I've learned so much about how to be successful in my role thanks to leadership, and have also been recognized for my efforts.
