I have been here for 3 years and there are normal ups and downs like with any job but I have consistenty done better and better. Also influencing those around me to do better which helps with the environment when working.

Dental and Medical benefits are pretty good
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication more consistantly. A lot of different managing styles can clash and create an inconsistent work place.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making money at my own pace since we are on commision and being able to delegate myself with the tasks I need to get done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is really friendly and inviting. The General manager tries to make it as fun as possible with game night and provided lunch every other month.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The ones who put forth the effort to do everything necessary to get the job done are great to work with and be around. Those who do not contribute much are just on the sidelines typically.
