It is decent, my hours fluctuate heavily, my position fluctates heavily, and it keeps me busy. I am really irritated by making customers mad about intaking their information. It makes us look bad as people and a company. We should be nice not forcing info intake.

Not too serious, allways willing to educate and help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is friendly and willing to help, teach, and just have fun.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being surrounded by the latest and greatest technology, and people who enjoy it as much as I do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is great and always in a good mood, if they are not they tell people, and make jokes about it. Everyone is uplifting.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is no best part because I do not get benefits until im 21. The other job I have (also takes less of my time) has benefits for me. All I want is at least a 401k or 403b. Honestly biggest complaint about working here.
