What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has a pretty fluid work relationship with one another at least in our location.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me happy to inspire others and give them great advice to be the best version of themselves.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the people are friendly at least to me directly. This creates a sense of family oriented work relationships which makes everyone very approachable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are a handful of team members that do a superb job and they work really well together. They are a joy to have on the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our jobs are pretty emotionally intense. The hours fluctuate heavily which causes our home life to suffer more often times than not as it can be hard to separate the two. A bump in monetary compensation would definitely help with some of this as we see everything around us going up in price.
