We are all invested equally and attempt to be aligned in our approach to the "business" as a whole.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positivity we maintain in attempting consistent growth (whether it's on the flash, sales or personal growth for our employees/each other).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team has done an amazing job investing in my personal growth here at Micro Center. My general manager in *particular* as well as Service leadership within the company (district manager and higher, etc).
