What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We have good people working here

What makes you most happy at work?

Seeing my friends and coworkers. Even some of the regular customers.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We get along for the most part and most of us have a good sense of humor. Makes dealing with demanding bosses and rude customers easier when we can find other things to laugh about.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We didn't even get cost of living increases last year and then they increased the cost of the health insurance. Managers push for performance only because they get a bonus if you do well. Where's the bonus or pay raise for those actually doing the work?

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating and listening. Feedback is asked for, but it's often not taken seriously. The attitude is "this is the way things are." and it seems like they don't care to try to investigate how things could be changed for the better, they just want us to conform to the way things are going.
