What are some of the best things about your team?

We've built such a good culture that everyone is very easy to talk to. I have never had trouble being taken seriously as one of the younger members in the leadership team, which was an issues I have always faced in previous employment.

Great experience overall. Being able to move up positions and make more money has enhanced my time with the company. Overall, Micro Center is a good place to work in. I know it can eventually become the best place to work in, should we see wages increase.
