Joe Zubretsky is the president and chief executive officer for Molina Healthcare, Inc. Joe has more than 35 years of experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. Prior to joining Molina, he served as president and chief executive officer for the Hanover Insurance Group. Before that, he served in senior executive roles at Aetna, one of the nation’s largest health care benefits and insurance providers, most recently as chief executive officer of its Healthagen Holdings subsidiary. He also served as senior executive vice president of National Businesses, Aetna’s largest flagship business unit with $10 billion in revenues. He joined the company as executive vice president and chief financial officer, and was responsible for all aspects of financial management, including business development initiatives. Prior to his time at Aetna, Joe held executive positions at companies including Unum Group, where he was senior executive vice president, responsible for the company’s finance, investments, strategy, marketing and risk operations; Brera Capital Partners, a global private equity firm, where he was a partner; and MassMutual Financial Group, where he served as executive vice president of business development and chief financial officer. He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand, becoming a partner of the firm’s national insurance practice. Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Hartford.

Mr. Jeff D. Barlow, Esq. serves as Secretary of Children's Behavioral Health, Inc. Mr. Barlow has been Secretary of Pathways Of Arizona, Inc. since November 3, 2015. Mr. Barlow has been Corporate Secretary and Senior Vice President of Molina Healthcare, Inc., since July 29, 2010 and since 2010 respectively. He has been the Chief Legal Officer of Molina Healthcare, Inc. since 2010 and serves as its General Counsel. Mr. Barlow served as General Counsel at Molina Healthcare, Inc. since July 2010, Acting General Counsel since July 29, 2010, Vice President since 2004, Assistant Corporate Secretary from 2004 to July 29, 2010 and Deputy General Counsel until July 29, 2010. He holds Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from The University of Utah, Juris Doctorate from University of Pittsburgh School of Law and Master's Degree in Public Health from University of California.

Mr. Michael R. Steele has been Senior Vice President of Dual Eligible Strategies at Molina Healthcare Inc. since September 27, 2011 and is responsible for promoting and expanding Molina's dual eligible care model. Mr. Steele co-founded Bravo Health, Inc. (formerly Elder Health, Inc.) and served as its Chief Operating Officer and President. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Bravo Health Inc. until March 2006. He has over 17 years of senior management experience in health care. He co-founded several HMOs before spearheading turn-around of HMOs in Houston and Dallas for Equicor. He managed one of Cigna's larger IPA, staff model HMOs. At the Travelers Insurance Companies, he rose progressively through general management. He served as a Senior Vice President of The Travelers Health Company. Mr. Steele served as Director of Bravo Health Inc.

Dr. Mary Martha Bernadett M.D. has been Executive Vice President of Research and Development at Molina Healthcare, Inc. since 2002. From 1992 to 1994 Dr. Bernadett worked as a staff physician in family practice, from 1994 to 1996 she served as Associate Medical Director, from 1996 to 1999 she served as Vice President responsible for provider contracting and relations, network development, provider information, process improvement, credentialing and facility site review. Since 1999 she has served as Vice President and General Manager of the staff model operations of Molina Healthcare of California. She has been a Trustee at National 4-H Council since 2011. Dr. Bernadett currently serves on the California Health Manpower Policy Commission and is the Principal Investigator on a grant from The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to improve healthcare access for Latinos. She earned an M.D. from the University of California, Irvine and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. Dr. Bernadett is the sister of J. Mario Molina, M.D. and John C. Molina.

Dr. Keith Wilson, M.D, has been Chief Medical Officer at Molina Healthcare, Inc. since August 4, 2014. Dr. Wilson serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Talbert Medical Group, Inc. Dr. Wilson responsible for establishing clinical policy and oversight of medical management functions of all the Company's health plan subsidiaries, including utilization management, quality improvement, pharmacy and risk management activities. He served as Vice President of clinical services for the Molina Medical Group clinics and American Family Care. Dr. Wilson has nearly 30 years of experience in the health care industry. Prior to joining Molina Healthcare in March 2013, he served as a Regional Medical Director with HealthCare Partners. Dr. Wilson is an active board member and was chairman of the Financial Solvency Standards Board for the State of California's Department of Managed Care, chairman of the California Association of Physician Groups (CAPG), and board member of the Spencer Hospice Foundation. He sits on the CAPG Public Policy committee and is a member of the American Medical Association, National Medical Association and the Orange County Medical Association. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He also serves as Director and Member of Executive Committee of California Association Of Physician Groups. As an undergraduate at the University of Southern California, Dr. Wilson majored in chemistry and chemical engineering. After his junior year, he accepted early admission into Howard University College of Medicine in Washington D.C., where he received his medical degree. He later completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at King-Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Mr. David Pollack serves as the President of Molina Healthcare of Florida, Inc. at Molina Healthcare Inc. Mr. Pollack served as Chief Operating Officer of Molina Healthcare of Florida, Inc. He joined Molina with nearly 20 years of experience in various operational and financial positions in the health care industry. He started his career as an accountant at Ernst & Young and served as Vice President of Portfolio Operations at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He also served as President of Neighborhood Health Partnership, Inc., a South Florida managed care plan. Mr. Pollack is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
