Been a bit of a crazy ride -- but mostly fun, and I've learned so much along the way. I feel like the overall culture is positive and accepting, which is great. I do feel like I have had a concrete impact on the business, which also feels good.

Transparency with where we are at, what reasonable goals are, and presenting a vision
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the value around being a catalyst and knowing that if you see an improvement that could be made, we have free reign to go after it, build something better, and make a lot of mistakes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Started at a lower salary than average for my field due to lack of experience, but I believe I have gained a lot of experience on the job and become more valuable over time. I am happy to say my direct manager has asked me to begin thinking about expectations for a raise.
