What do you like best about the leadership team?
always transparent and updates us with everything going on in the company.. it is a TRUE team effort and feel so much a part of the Nextbite family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we are all there to work hard and also take the time needed for self preservation. I love the different things like the Mindful Mondays , Breathwork Experience, Live from the test kitchen etc
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the flexibility of taking time when needed, the contribution toward our benefits for employee and the amount toward our spouse. the $60 Stipend towards OOS for delivery, the $250 toward home office essentials, pretty much everything!
What makes you most happy at work?
knowing that we are providing a solution to under utilized kitchens to bring in supplemental income and help them succeed and bring in additional business. The prospects I contact and introducing Nextbite, love the potential partner interaction.
What are some of the best things about your team?
the Collaboration and help whenever needed. The insights and input on any question we have. the interaction on our team zoom calls. Everyone is there to help and it truly is an amazing SMB team led by Audrey Ross.
