I enjoy the donut meet ups. Its a solid way to get some face time with coworkers you might not ever get to meet.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Even though I haven't benefitted yet from the stock options, I sincerely believe in this company and value the opportunity to hold these options, because this company is going to the moon!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Mackenzie has been the best part of my team experience. She is humorous and personable while getting stuff done. She's the closest thing I have to my previous team dynamics, which were unparalleled.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I do here is overwhelming at times, but it is an engaging and fun challenge, especially when I realize a breakthrough. At my previous company, I knew the product well and was comfortable. I do not enjoy that same comfort here, and because of that, my skills and comprehension have improved
