Everyone has been really nice and friendly, and I appreciate their understanding and patience towards me. It's been rocky for personal reasons but I've been having a really great time at Ordermark and I can't wait to keep contributing to their success and growing personally and within the company.

Positive is that the atmosphere seems chill
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning so many new things and honing my coding skills. I also like having laughs with my coworkers and gaining pearls of wisdom from them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the energy our leaders provide and they create a very pleasant atmosphere to work in. They also seem relatable which is nice and provides familiarity and comfort.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People seem very experienced and smart, and they all seem competent but the culture really makes a difference and I think my team provides great culture to learn and grow. They are all very chill and open which makes it easier to interact and speak up, or even contribute.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not sure how much everyone else is making but it's not that I feel undervalued, it just feels like I'm not worth that much and need to prove myself instead of feeling like I'm trusted to execute what needs to be done, which is fair but not a nice feeling (especially when comparing to others).
