I came from a toxic work environment and EVERYTHING about Nextbite/OM is refreshing and amazing that good companies are still out there! Everyone here is just a damn good person and good at what they do. The care for the whole person is so real from the top down. I am very proud to work here!

Working with great team-members, working at home and being flexible and finishing projects

Our leadership team has integrity, they are honest, and they really truly care about the people here.

THE PEOPLE. Well-being is so important here - you're not a cog in the machine. You get rewarded for hard-work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i think the comp should be based on living location BUT i know we are working on that as well. Overall the company is super, super fair on compensation , promotions, and raises. I wouldnt say i feel undervalued like the question says.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is just a damn good person. No one blames each other. People take responsibility. They care about each other's workloads AND who they are as a person. They also are so so considerate of working at home, mental health, kids loud in the background
