I absolutely love Ordermark! With that said, I feel I was 'underhired' for the role that I am in. I am a specialist but the work I am doing is work that would be expected of a manger in my department. I hope that my title and compensation will soon reflect the work I am doing.

We see/hear from the leadership team more than you would at most other companies
What makes you most happy at work?
When my hard work is recognized. When work/life balance is viewed as important by everyone at the company, including leadership. A collaborative environment where feedback and questions are welcomed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am in a specialist role but many of my responsibilities are on par with the manager role. The work I do is comparable to the managers in my department, and the people on my team talk about how capable and competent I am, but I don't know if I see forward movement for me from specialist to manager.
