What do you like best about the leadership team?

They promoted growth within the company as long as you were on the sales team

It is a young work group so the co-workers are in the same stage of life

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was definitely undervalued, as I was in the administration department, which is not valued by the company in any form. I would have felt better about my compensation had I had a growth path, but that was non-existent.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There needs to be better interaction between the different work groups, and more value shown to work groups other than the sales department

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The culture feels like it was based off of the movie Wolf of Wall Street. With such a young work force, and a huge focus on rewards being alcohol-influenced partying, work felt like a college frat party
