simple - easy and the same across all levels.. Bonus programs are fair and simple to calculate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Walk the talk. Safety is the most important goal and a mainstay of our vision. Growth or production is emphasized BUT NOT at the expense of safety. Team oriented culture is paramount and is evident and visible
