It has been very good, fast paced, challenging, and I enjoy it. I am given opportunities to grow and travel which is much appreciated. The normal schedule and the office politics take away from the experience.

The ROA Bonus and profit sharing.

The interactions I have with customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is well organized and takes feedback well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is heavily based on our families, which is nice and Nucor does good things to support families, but being young and without much of a family it is sometimes hard to relate.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers in my department do not help others grow, they try to limit them because they are not given or ask for the same opportunities. There is a lot of disconnect between departments and levels of leadership that causes a lot of tension.
