What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team meets monthly to discuss company culture and how we can improve it. This has led to reduced meetings and allows us to efficiently get better at our jobs. The executive team is very open about the direction of the company, feedback from the board of directors, and where we are financially.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the team is highly focused on building a sustainable and reputable product and brand that puts patient experience at the center. The team cares about one another and open enough to take suggestions and try to improve.
