What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

SOME of my co workers are very kind genuine people and we dont have to do side work, those are the only tolerable things about the job

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

when i first booked my interview they scheduled it on a day when the correct manager wasnt there and made me wait 30 minutes just to send me home

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Managers are decent but they don't hold servers at a high enough standard for being team-players or even cleaning up after themselves/shift

Clean safe work environment

What makes you most happy at work?

Making new friends And preparing excellent dishes.
