Treat better the employees and respect them

Nothing. I didn't even have a compensation package.

Any good thing , all the problem is the managers

Better comunication , better way to explain how the schedule of work is made

Managers are decent but they don't hold servers at a high enough standard for being team-players or even cleaning up after themselves/shift
