What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid competitively and compensation adjustments have been responsive as my responsibilities have grown. Additionally, it's very gratifying to see the value of my options/stock materially increase with the growth/success of Reify!
What makes you most happy at work?
I like having the ability to positively influence the day-to-day lives of my team/reports and make sure they have the best possible work experience. On top of that, seeing our projects have amazing impact on customers, patients, etc. is extremely rewarding. It's an amazing combo.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In the tech industry there is a lot of selection bias that's led to people thinking you need a Machiavellian, competitive culture to "win". Reify is an amazing counterpoint to that -- huge success *because* of a compassionate, collaborative culture, which allows us to attract more diverse team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's truly a collaborative environment with little-to-no ego. People look out for each other and even during the busiest times always try to lend a hand. It allows us to have a remarkably tight culture even with less face-time than ideal because of the pandemic. Additionally, team is very talented!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's one thing to say that caring about people (both employees and our customers) and another thing to live it. The leadership team excels at both and really go the extra mile to give the team the space they need to succeed and also adapt to all the ongoing stresses of life today (e.g. COVID).
