Great, I do love the company culture and work life balance. In regards to the company creating opportunity for growth... I do wish we had more time with our leadership and managers to talk about growth and promotability and where do they see us going in the next 3,6,9 months

I love how transparent and honest they are. They have clear communication with the company and I am super appreciative of that
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so helpful, supportive and friendly. We have weekly meetings (1:1) to just catch up and talk about life and get to know each other
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I know the company does our best to pay fairly and we hired someone to do a comp analysis too. I love how Reify offers equity as well- especially with how successful the company has been
