What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is warm and caring. We have company values and they actually observe and live them. The leadership team isn't hierarchical they are collaborative!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Monday morning meetings where team members are recognized for their achievements and applauded! We take the time each week to celebrate each other's milestones in and out of work.
