Everyone is accountable and either highly skilled or highly motivated to become skilled. It is a pleasure working with everyone I come in contact with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone I come in contact with understands what they own and they take ownership of it. If there is something without an owner, someone steps in until an owner is identified.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work! I love what I do and am happy to be at a company that gives me the time and resources to be successful at what I love to do.
