What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
DIVERSITY! People are celebrated for being who they are. People care about you as an individual and they want to get to know you. Many avenues to find common threads with teammates.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very competitive salary. I believe most, if not all employees, are given options as well. For me, maternity leave is important and Reify gives wonderful parental leave benefits. There are so many great things - this company invests in their employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
I truly enjoy the work that I do. Not only is the company and culture amazing, but what we are doing here is damn cool and damn interesting and damn good for the world! It is fun to be a part of this each day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
CEO added me during my first week on LinkedIn! As did others from the leadership team. That shows me, that he knows I joined the company and cares! It meant a lot. Reify does a deliberate job of being transparent in their communication and it shows with leadership setting the example.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team focused approach (which is a value here). So many companies talk the talk when it comes to being a good team with teamwork at the forefront but I have never been a part of one the way they exemplify this through their day to day actions. Everyone is always willing to jump in to help you!
