Love my Direct leaders. They are intelligent, charismatic and empathetic. Some orgs I feel could be more organized. Some individuals value their own time versus a prospects time which should be predominantly more important. Shouldnt always be an uphill battle to be on page w/ other teams/departments

Great culture. Great people with a defined purpose. Diverse backgrounds, but all in sync as far as the company mission.

Young, driven, passionate, fun. Would like to see more competition. We actually show up to the office on a planned schedule.

The ability to make 5% on closed deals. Paid for how my team performs which I do feel in control over. 401k offering.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely intelligent, ambitious, have strong desires initiatives for the company and their employees, but they know how to separate work and personal life. They have treated me with nothing but open arms and truly just a great group of people!
