Magical. From leadership that won't let me fail and lets me "be me" To understanding the humanity of work/life balance is everything. When I tell people about my job it almost sounds too good to be true. I truly enjoy myself here, I feel thankful to be a part of this team!

It is great overall. I think my direct manager needs to do better. Other than that i's really a career and not a job. I love what I do!

Mostly the mission of helping people. The people here make all it a joy to work!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The national average is well above most peoples salaries from what can be gathered. OnSolve needs to be eager to compensate more. Much more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We really seem to be an opened minded culture here. Everyone really seems to get along and co-work to a degree I haven't seen before.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
LISTENING. We are your boots on the ground, what we say matters. Stop making us feel undervalued. Please stop letting it fall on deaf ears. Please increase compensation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the unlimited PTO the best it was a great idea and is so flexible. Also, my personal comp plan seems to be fair, and just considering the national average for my position at other companies.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the success of my peers, myself and in turn, the org as a whole makes me eager to get up every day and go to work. I've seen this company grow over the last few years to a wild degree and I'm excited to see what the future has in store!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel the "be you" pillar of the new logo is encouraged from the top down! Even with all the hiring, the emphasis on individuality is not lost on this org which makes me eager to retire here! Also, the transparency of company goals and alignments makes me happy to be an OnSolve Employee!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Alignment, Honesty, resourcefulness. I feel if I don't know an answer to a question a quick slack to anyone will get me an answer, or show me who to speak with for the answer almost immediately. Being able to communicate internally is everything to me and OnSolve seems to be very self-aware of this.
