Folks are open minded to hear each other out. We have a lot of passionate, energetic and smart people who want to contribute. The campus is beautiful with amazing views.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around talented, passionate coworkers. Having the trust of management to be given the freedom to go about my work day. Knowing that my contributions has a high impact on our customer's lives.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet many of the people I would be working directly with. There wasn't a lot of pressure during the interview. It felt like I was already working with the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all open minded with very little egos. We can give and take constructive criticism without a lot of fear being offensive. Our team make up is well rounded and we all bring something different to the table and makes us collectively strong.
