Listening to their employees. Leadership is great at being supportive when things are going well or when everyone agrees--not so much when employees are stretched thin or have valid feedback about how to improve our processes.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The catered meals are the best part. Reason being is because you are not aware of just how much money can be saved when 2 meals a day are provided for you.

The benefits package is great and is almost entirely covered by the company. The pay is more modest then some other companies in the space but the benefits really help cover the gap

Unlimited PTO is quite the perk. In my own case, and this is quite rare, I also get to enjoy some pretty impressive travel perks. Just went to Australia last December and will be going to Spain in June.

While I am at a 'starting level position' - I actually took a pay cut to work here, because I wanted a better environment with better benefits. The pay could be a bit more for what we do, even starting out after training, but the benefits rock and we get good meals and snacks everyday.

My position is seen as a stepping stone to land a position in another department. We have the opportunity for upward mobility, but I would love to be valued and compensated fairly in my current position. While wages are "competitive" in the tech market, they're not livable or sustainable locally.

We have a FB group for Users which is great, and also a FB group for employees, and we help each other out a ton. We share monitors, camera bags, backpacking gear, anything you can think of and pass it on to the next ONTRApeep.
