What do you like best about the leadership team?
All members of the leadership team listen to your concerns and then actually act on them to make work life better for all employees. The first company I have ever worked for where feedback is actually taken into consideration and applied when it can be done in a constructive way.

The team here is transparent and helpful. We all have off days, but the team here is quick to jump in and help out. My managers give honest feedback in a productive way which I can make good use of and learn more about our platform and how to help our clients.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to their employees. Leadership is great at being supportive when things are going well or when everyone agrees--not so much when employees are stretched thin or have valid feedback about how to improve our processes.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The catered meals are the best part. Reason being is because you are not aware of just how much money can be saved when 2 meals a day are provided for you.

I like how flexible our Insurance options are. It really shows that they care about our needs and that every employee has individual needs.

The benefits package is great and is almost entirely covered by the company. The pay is more modest then some other companies in the space but the benefits really help cover the gap

Unlimited PTO is quite the perk. In my own case, and this is quite rare, I also get to enjoy some pretty impressive travel perks. Just went to Australia last December and will be going to Spain in June.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I am at a 'starting level position' - I actually took a pay cut to work here, because I wanted a better environment with better benefits. The pay could be a bit more for what we do, even starting out after training, but the benefits rock and we get good meals and snacks everyday.

My position is seen as a stepping stone to land a position in another department. We have the opportunity for upward mobility, but I would love to be valued and compensated fairly in my current position. While wages are "competitive" in the tech market, they're not livable or sustainable locally.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The job can be difficult or busy at times and the team thrives as a whole when under pressure so anytime you need help you know the team has your back fully and that means a lot.

Everybody works together to collaborate on the best way to do things and get things done. The team is encouraging and seemingly always happy to help. Most positive attitude I've ever seen in an environment.

The best things about our team and meetings are that we celebrate each other and our milestones = the CEO Landon presents almost every week, and we hear what team members about what we're doing great.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Love how everyone is constantly giving each other praise and shout outs

We have a FB group for Users which is great, and also a FB group for employees, and we help each other out a ton. We share monitors, camera bags, backpacking gear, anything you can think of and pass it on to the next ONTRApeep.

Everyone was very warm and welcoming even before I was hired

HR is very pleasant and thorough - and makes you feel welcome. One of the managers paused on a question I had and said "I never thought about it like that" and seemed to actually care and consider what I'd brought up.
