When a client has an AHA! moment and realizes that they can create automation and grow their business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about our team and meetings are that we celebrate each other and our milestones = the CEO Landon presents almost every week, and we hear what team members about what we're doing great.
What did you like most about the interview process?
HR is very pleasant and thorough - and makes you feel welcome. One of the managers paused on a question I had and said "I never thought about it like that" and seemed to actually care and consider what I'd brought up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a FB group for Users which is great, and also a FB group for employees, and we help each other out a ton. We share monitors, camera bags, backpacking gear, anything you can think of and pass it on to the next ONTRApeep.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team here is transparent and helpful. We all have off days, but the team here is quick to jump in and help out. My managers give honest feedback in a productive way which I can make good use of and learn more about our platform and how to help our clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I am at a 'starting level position' - I actually took a pay cut to work here, because I wanted a better environment with better benefits. The pay could be a bit more for what we do, even starting out after training, but the benefits rock and we get good meals and snacks everyday.
