What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is supportive of each other. We're all driven to help the company succeed. There's not a person I wouldn't go have a beer or cup of coffee with here. The leadership team has done a fantastic job of growing a culture that fosters team oriented growth.

You really get to know people and get a sense of culture at the company as you go through several interviews.

HR department is very transparent and highly communicative regarding the interview process. They always kept me in the loop and reached out when they promised. The interviews were comfortable and not stressful, and everyone was friendly.

The process was very clear and concise... Not to mention they gave deadlines for responses and kept those deadlines rather than leaving you hanging. Not to mention the HR team is extremely responsive to any questions I had about the position.
