Having worked in various offices and fields since I was in high school, ONTRAPORT has been the most wonderful company to work for! The team, campus, benefits, and support make this company so amazing. I've never worked for a company that has shown so much care for their team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that the team is very family-like. We are co-workers, friends, and each others support. Also, the company has strived to create this kind of company culture.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was very clear and concise... Not to mention they gave deadlines for responses and kept those deadlines rather than leaving you hanging. Not to mention the HR team is extremely responsive to any questions I had about the position.
What makes you most happy at work?
The colleagues that I work with make it totally worth it! I can have a bad day, and they are encouraging and uplifting. I also appreciate the trust and support I can get from my manager when I'm struggling or just having an "off" day.
