Childcare, except I don't have kids.

Not only are we given free healthcare options, we are fed twice a day, which ultimately saves a lot of money normally spent on food every year. (sorry, had to list the 2 best)

People - both administration and employees alike - care about the company and each other. It's a fun group of people who work well together. And the company takes care of its people - feeding them, giving time off, etc.

The process was very straight forward and the managers very honest.
