Frustrating. The company has potential and good people in its ranks. However, change is excruciatingly slow and good workers are leaving at an alarming pace.

Autonomy, trust, ability to learn new skills
What did you like most about the interview process?
Ability to interact with hiring manager directly (outside of HR)
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Dated organization, lack of thought diversity, lack of accountability, infighting between various stakeholders, lack of process
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employee culture is dated. Feels very conservative (more so than manufacturing peers). Better work/life benefits such as ERGs, maternity/paternity leave, etc.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Connecting with the employees outside of the c-suite. Modernizing the culture (it still feels too much like a "good 'ol boys" club). Also, the organization is VERY siloed, which makes accurate and timely information transfer very difficult.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are not on par with peers. More flexibility at a corporate level. Better maternity and paternity leave options. Even a few employee resource groups (it took Parker years just to launch the women's initiative) would be a welcome change.
