Management needs to respect and show employees they care. Actions speak louder then words. Show up on a Saturday to show ypi care.

Most here feel that we are not valued and that we are here to serve the shareholders.
Employee culture is dated. Feels very conservative (more so than manufacturing peers). Better work/life benefits such as ERGs, maternity/paternity leave, etc.
