Most work together very well. However there seems to be a gap between management and people on the floor.

Communicate better between departments and employees. No two people seem to know what is going on most days.

they need to improve their attitude about others who don't look or think like them. they could really work together as a team if they realized that everyone has something of value to offer if they would just listen with an open mind

Everyone is just scared, no one has moral support.

very low skill level of staff at parker

No teamwork at all. Too many meeting that take up time, cant get anything done.

The bad ones run out the good ones. The bad ones won't change.
