21 dollars a hour starting rate
Sweatshop work environment, thanks Dinu
Undervalued for sure. Working a dual role, but getting paid a little more than average of one position. Not fair
Raises for internal promotion is limited, putting me well below market for the role with no path for adjustment
I don't have a job description...not listed under positions by HR. Also, over the past several years compensation has been limited to 2.5% by corporate. Where is the incentive for those to go above and beyond because when they do, it is not recognized. Something to think about.
we work together very well
Willingness to work together to get things done
Good people coming from previous companies bought by parker.
Hard working always getting the job done
Good tram spirit and collaboration across different departments
they need to improve their attitude about others who don't look or think like them. they could really work together as a team if they realized that everyone has something of value to offer if they would just listen with an open mind
Everyone is just scared, no one has moral support.
very low skill level of staff at parker
No teamwork at all. Too many meeting that take up time, cant get anything done.
The bad ones run out the good ones. The bad ones won't change.
very culturally diverse team members
all the perks as well as opportunities to better myself
Great work culture and incentive
We all want success and to make profits
Working while having fun along with helping each other
More focus on personal relationships
diversity, equity, inclusion, fairness and belonging
Management needs to respect and show employees they care. Actions speak louder then words. Show up on a Saturday to show ypi care.
More music and colors to make the atmoshpere seem more enjoyable
Look at the team members as people and not cost.
The interview process went on smooth.
Learning about new things about the store
that it took place before the change in the current culture
The communication from the interviewers
The challenging questions that were asked
Have them know what it takes to get the workload done
more detail needed to decide who is employed
Have a more organized, coordinated effort for all levels of positions. My experience was incredibly sloppy and I seriously doubted whether to accept the offer.
cut the dumb power point presentations
Review from Operations Dept
Feeling acknowledged and I have a path forward to move up
The people I work with
Clear guidelines and positive reinforcement
My friends I have made here.
Free coffee and pay days
Nobody gets in trouble for anything and responsibilities get pushed onto the ones that actually do their job

new management at the top
the copious amounts of duplicitous behavior, brazen nepotism, & serial unprofessionalism to a maniacal level
Review from Operations Dept
Dated organization, lack of thought diversity, lack of accountability, infighting between various stakeholders, lack of process
Technical products and they hire and promote engineers
More women in executive and leadership roles
