What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview process was decent. Nothing spectacular and nothing horrible. HR has changed for the worse.

Have them know what it takes to get the workload done
more detail needed to decide who is employed
Have a more organized, coordinated effort for all levels of positions. My experience was incredibly sloppy and I seriously doubted whether to accept the offer.
