I've been here 3 years and it's been fantastic. I've been challenged, allowed to make mistakes, and given autonomy to make decisions I believe are best to achieve common objectives. There have been hiccups along the way, but I feel like we are moving in the right direction.

They are very well rounded individuals with a variety of experiences from both big and small enterprises. They are very honest and open.

I feel like we're heading in the right direction. There will always be missteps and roadblocks along the way, but we make the right adjustments and the future is bright.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work hard and play hard. They understand the urgency when things need to get done and relax when there's down time. They are change agents and look for ways to constantly improve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership is very empathetic and caring. It may not seem so with some of the changes that have been made recently, but it's true. The CEO is genuinely hurt when he reads some of the negative comments received on survey results.
