What is the best part about your compensation package?
Once upon a time, it was the incredibly low healthcare premiums. Those are now a thing of the past. HC costs + inflation + stagnant business ensures that many employees are losing ground YOY (bonuses are gone, too).

Beyond our fair pay, I really like our healthcare benefits. Costs increase, but our coverage options are affordable, and meet the needs of my family.

We've got a skilled team. Good specialists and a good team leader. It's a professional marketing team. We can only do so much about product design and sales, though

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Perceptyx has a lot of solid employees and has a strong legacy culture. My individual team gets along; we all do our jobs. CEO Borland is honest, skilled, and clearly doing the best he can as he navigates an uncertain space.

I have a lot of leeway to create and activate things that are meaningful to me. It's not a small company, but I have far more autonomy here relative to prior employers.
