Overall great place to work. Would recommend to a friend based on culture and exploding growth of business industry, not necessarily based on benefits package. When 401k match and perf reviews/raises are brought up in town hall mtgs....the leadership avoids the question/topic

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like the pay is fair, however healthcare benefits are overpriced and sub-par coverage. Also lack of 401k match and yearly bonuses/raises is not in line with the market
