The people I work with every day, my amazing supervisor, and the abundance of new opportunities for growth and learning.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that my supervisor (Mandi) is approachable and fair. She is strong, knowledgeable, and a great leader. Overall, the leadership team is easy to communicate with and makes me feel like a person, not a number.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy what I do and knowing that each day may be a little different. I love to learn new concepts and assist new hires with questions. I feel like I am valued as an employee by my superiors and peers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every person I interact with within my department, and outside the department has been extremely kind, patient, helpful, and down to earth. The culture here is makes it the best job I have ever had, and I look forward to each day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hired at a time when I was told the pay ranges were "lower", however the cost of living has increased dramatically where I live. I asked for a pay review because I felt that after Covid there should be a market analysis. I believe this should be re-evaluated. I had to get a second job.
