Terrible, new emloyees keep getting hired and get paid more than me. They have me doing the job of 5 people while others just hang around and do nothing. They have favoritisim and they are so unfair

Helping customers and interacting with the kids

None, i am never included
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting better at being fair. Bring my pay up to what i truly deserve
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop the favoritisim and be fair with all employees. I feel discriminated because of my age
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To get paid 16 or more an hour. I deserve a good pay for everything i do
