What do you like best about the leadership team?
Somewhat good, but a lot needs a change.
I not only get told what to do but i also enjoy speaking to them outside of work and i have a great bond with them
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting better at being fair. Bring my pay up to what i truly deserve
Stop lying about people and starting rumors behind employees back and to grow up and be what a manager should be and do
Listening to employees when asked of them.
Being a decent human being
everything, treating employes betters, better work ethic, ive had many mangers who made me cry and made me feel like im worth nothing
