I like how experts reach out and give experiences to help out any concerns that they have already inquired.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Answers are often generalized and scripted. It would be nice to go away from the memorized responses and answer regarding the actual in depth solution. Pay attention to the root of the issue after evaluating the problem instead of generalizing the problem.
