What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect Team work and High standards.
I have worked at some very notable tech companies but have never seen a culture like at Postmates. The events team really does go over and above to create not just a place to work but a community... would even go as far as saying a family.

Lots of company events and very open culture
everything is tracked and i can work when i can which helps a lot because i have 5 kids that just got out of school for he summer. so i can work around there time.
